WE ARE WORKERS

NDLON is built by and for the immigrants
who do hard jobs for low pay. Day labor,
construction, disaster response,
entrepreneurial businesses - immigrants
do it all. We endure natural disasters and human ones -
wildfires and ICE raids, deadly storms and dangerous workplaces.

We organize for better pay, safer work, fairer opportunities and basic rights, We fight for justice.

We organize, we care, we believe in collective action.

We believe compassion is power, and showing up for one another is resistance.

Member Organizations

Over seventy-two (72) member organizations form part of the NLDON network across the United States. Our members serve the day laborer community at a minimum, and others provide additional services in their respective communities.
